I have taken a lot of drugs recreationally (cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, weed, salvia, acid), but never DXM. It is pretty dangerous. Obviously in some people it will have an enjoyable affect, but others may experience a bad trip or some of the side affects I mentioned.

Do it on an empty stomach. Most of the nausea is caused by guaifenesin, but if you make sure dxm is the only active ingredient then nausea isn't a real problem. especially if you smoke.

unless your doing like 900mg, then it isn't a problem.

at 400mg it really feels like a combination of being drunk and high. my heart rate was no where near where it is on mdma.
