If you hold your excretion in and the urge goes away and you don't end up pooping for a couple days after that, does any of that poop wind up getting absorbed and stored for something or does all waste come out at some time or another?

this reminds me of my older brother back in the day when we were kids. he had to have his poo pumped out of him because the candy man movie scared him so badly he thought candy man would snatch him from the toilet so he didn't shit for weeks. according to him, the positive outcome from the whole ordeal was getting to eat ice cream. i was so jelly at the time.

We had a resident who was vale pale/slightly yellow (not jaundice) Then skin on her face was pulling tight, and her the whites of her eyes were grayish, with red veins and a glazed look. So so comes with a from the hospital, out to bed. She was supposed to be on continuous oxygen, and had been using none, the hospital had fucked up. So I ran and got a tank, hooked her up and started teaching her to breath with the machine properly. She relaxed a bit. Very soon after she began violently coughing and gagging, She started vomiting liquid feces and stomach acid everywhere. Her sister was there and began screaming! Turns out she had been constipated for a few days at home before even going to the hospital. While she was there she didn't go for like a week. Instead of helping her, they just sent her to a rehab center!
