Wow, you really seem to be hunting for this! Just Googling around for the title turns up recent threads (by you, I'm guessing) on /r/ and /lit/ as well. The only place claiming to have it for (free) download is some skeezy site with a .su TLD that reeks of malware. I'll keep my eyes peeled though.
