Houston Police Department's, Dirty cops stomp, kick, punch and beat a helpless teenage boy AFTER he surrendered . Five vicious cops took turns brutally stomping, kicking and punching the helpless, hand-cuffed kid as he laid face-down on the ground. The mayor of Houston and the chief of police didn't want this video released to the public and tried to suppress it.
