On the hug part. A few well more then a few know I dance a bunch. Swing Lindy Cajun Swing Zydeco and most ballroom whatever.
Hugs are 100% and often before one even starts as in Thank you for asking. Hugs at end and on occasion Kiss on cheek and even on lips. Now of course that may happen with a close friend but I mean by someone I have not met before nor know her name.
And if anyone here no matter where you live wants to know more about this just ask. There are dance places for 13-14 year olds mixed with and this amazed me . A 93 Year old guy in Pasadena Ca with a line up of 15-16 year old girls waiting their turn and he went on for a full dance set about 45 mins without a break. High speed Lindy Hop dancing.
