I've only got a couple firearms in those calibers anymore and those are just collecting dust in the safe anyway. I used to carry a pro-cdp II but I went back to my plastic glawknade after a while. I like 1911s aesthetically and even for competitive shooting but they always end up as safequeens or I end up trading them for other things that go bang. Current EDC is a 3rd gen g19.
I've been meaning to pick up a .22lr drop in conversion kit or two for our ARs just for plinkingfuntimes or maybe even a dedicated upper. Idklol.
