Same here. Disney gets more then just film writes and I do mean Writes out of the deal. Lucas gets just over $2 Billion in cold hard cash.

Search web for his USC student film THX1138 the first version. I am running out of time or I would pull it up. Watched it in a film class at UCLA with Lucas answering questions - That was just before the first Star Wars came out.
