I normally get tandoor chicken or butter chicken, but I'd like to expand my horizons.

Palak paneer - had to look up for spelling and wot a pain finding it with my bad guesses - Its spinach or I suspect at times other greens in cheese. Its Veggies on the creamy side.

Samosa's are made stuffed with all kinds of stuff and dipping sauces are terrific.

The Nans are terrific (Breads that are slapped on the sides of a Tandoor oven. there is also a really crispy thin bread but have no clue how to spell it.

I cannot remember a Indian dish I did not care for.

All kinds of Indian beef dishes. 1000 variations. Cannot remember any sorta name nor does a quick web search help me with that.

Also Indian Veggy dishes - Potatoes - Cauliflower - Huge variations and every time I try one, I say hell I could be a Vegetarian with food as such.
One major difference between food in USA and India was Lamb dishes. I suspect the Lamb in India was really Mutton.

Aloo Palak is my favourite curry. Potatoes and Spinach dish. Also Rogan Josh and Dupiaza is nice. Bombay Potatoes and Bhaji's for the sides.
