I have a see through plastic pen, and I bit all the way through it, and then I took one of the pieces, and stabbed myself like 10 times in the leg. I have medium cuts, nothing serious though.
My girlfriend was yelling at me, and hurting my feelings, and I get really anxious, and upset, and that's what happened.
Go ahead and make fun of me now, and tell me I'm shit. I feel so horrible right now, just about life in general. So what's a few more insults? If you're lucky maybe you can get me to kill myself, I know how much you guys hate me.

Not a Psychiatrist, but can fake it on net. You hurt yourself to kill the pain. To detract yourself. It worked and at least if you clean the cuts, no long lasting effects. So next step might be to hit the library or net (download) a Self Help book. Lots of them and they can help. Do you have a good friend R/L to share?

I have come to the end of this project.
I have tried to deal with the rudeness, the lack of respect for the intentions here, and with the trolls who, having no real work of their own, find amusement (one wonders how) in interfering with the actual work of others. You jerks actually imagine yourselves to be clever, or even intelligent. You are not either. You are a bunch of sad, sad people who imagine that nihilism is clever or intelligent. It isn't.
I have put my time and energy into this project with the best intentions. Some have understood that, cooperated with it, and benefitted from it. Others actually reached out and used their experience and intelligence to help others who asked for help. I thank all of you, and I am sorry that this cannot continue.

I'm not going to go as far as to say she was being abusive, no. And the self harm was akin to pulling hair, a kind of need to release energy, but not wanting to yell, or scream.
