Sub = Spinach tomatoes lettuce onions cucumbers pickles lots n lots of olives spicy mustard oil vinegar black pepper and a huge amount of oregano
Salad = red leaf lettuce red bell pepper onions and a mass of avocado and ranch dressing of the low oil type.
