Chinese markets everywhere have suppliers who make Tofu in small batches and Century eggs are a local product as well. Supply demand kind of thing

Good eating and better if you can get duck eggs. 10 Miles more better but Chicken eggs are good - On occasion a Sushi joint has Quail Century eggs as a treat.or maybe Alligator eggs?

This is where I get mine and albeit they show Duck eggs I bought Chicken eggs just to compare. Chicken eggs are much cheaper and were more then ok but Duck eggs are the best. Local Ostrich farms could be a huge alternate.

Never sure exactly what the meat was to be honest. Botswana made so many stews with mixed this and that. I had Rino in Los Angeles as well as many places in Africa. Very dry and nothing to cheer about.
