never played any fallout games before. is it normal to be a level 3 alcoholic addicted to stims? i'm forced to steal and sell everything i can, alcohol is expensive and if i don't drink heavily and inject myself with psycho i start to die.what's the best method for allocating skillpoints at level-up?
