I like the community and the history. I think we need to spread the word more though and get new people here. Preferably people who aren't gay/bronies/furries because we have more than enough of those.

If that's what it takes. I feel it is inappropriate for anonymous, unnamed Moderators to rule over the Board without being held to account for their actions which in the past, at least, have been of dubious quality and have played no small part in the demise of this forum.

Of course I look at this as an Engineering/Business problem. 1st order 2nd order 3rd order.

1: Improve what already exists.

2: Create something that is totally new.

3: Be willing to change and if not, stagnate.

Marketing 101 also helps.
