The teen recently added another property to her investment portfolio -- a $17,500 two bedroom, one bath house, NPR reported.
People renting her home neglected to pay her rent and vacated the home in the middle of night.
That did not stop her from buy house #2

At 14 I was earning a little more then $30 Grand/yr with some damn hard work & employed a crew. On my own without loans for parents. Bought a brand new car when lawn allowed.
Back in March, Tufano raised half the $12,000 she paid for her first home by clearing out and auctioning junk on Craigslist from repossessed homes her real estate agent mother, Shannon Moore had on her books.
First house was re-rented right away.

It was as simple as this. One day observed a friends neighbor (renter) Let back yard grow grass-weeds unlimited. I offered to cut it all down for $50 and it was a bitch. Horrid. Bought at pep boys a cheep gas lawn mower and modified it so it cut at an angle for first pass. Upped the amount to $75 and hired friends to find more work and then bought more mowers until I had a crew of 6 8 9 who did all the dirty work with a 50-50 split. Usually 3 or 4 per evening after school and 8-9 Sat Sunday. For about 1.5 years because we ran out of places nor was there a way to expand the hood re not being old nuff to get transportation for crew. Crew of 8-9 for weekends could each do two yards a day.
I just ran the crew and started to fix TV's Radios in my hood. Money was not as much, but was easy work. This was all tax free money because at no time did it occur to me otherwise. People also tipped real good and crew was honest nuff to split tips. In retrospect I should have let crew keep tip money.

Could have made such. Hobbies were Electronics and Chemistry - Chemistry for Bombs Rockets Fireworks. Got real good with nor did it occur to me to sell explosives. Could have just never thought of it.
DID I did come home one day to living room filled with FBI agents standing room only re one Chemistry event- Today all of what I did is ultra illegal - back then I got a book from library on how to make the stuff and could buy even stuff to make Nitro Glycerin, from local pharmacy no questions asked.
