I saw a guy once dressed in a suit wearing a fedora, gloves and spats. He also had a big white furry tail hanging down the back of his pants like a Husky tail.
He didn't speak either, he tipped his hat and bowed. I'm pretty sure he was roleplaying as a dog turned into a dandy.

He didn't talk to anyone but mimed a few gestures (like saying hello by bowing.)
That was pretty much it. He was dressed like it was 1920, had a tail, and didn't talk to anyone. Then he left and everyone burst out laughing, it was very unusual.

But like seriously the hat and gloves were the weird part. He also wore some kind of medal around his neck or something instead of a tie. I don't know what that's called, but you see it in really old portraits of people. The tail was only also odd, the rest of the shit he wore was what made it really odd.
Oh and he carried a cane and was like 22.
Obviously he was trying to do something, we just couldn't figure out what it was.
But like i said, it was like he was roleplaying as a dog turned human in the 1890s or something. Idk. No one really wanted to interact with him.
