Yes, of course they belong there. It's a psychological compulsion that causes mental and eventual physical harm to most of those that have it.

Also, when you say eating disorders do you mean under-eating, over-eating or both? Regardless, if it's severe then it belongs on there.

Well, I ask because usually a lot of people think that Eating Disorders are not real problems, but a "cry for attention" or other bogus falsehoods.

I was speaking mostly about people with restrictive Eating Disorders.

While I think that there are certainly people who claim to have eating disorders, that are actually just whiny, and full of shit; there are in fact people with real eating disorders. Eating disorders are psychological conditions, even if some people use them outside their proper connotations.
