A voluntary society, is a society in which all property (including streets, parks, etc.) and all services (including courts, police, etc.) are provided through voluntary means such as private or cooperative ownership. In a voluntary society, courts might be replaced with dispute resolution organizations; police with private security companies and crime insurers; transportation authorities with private road associations and rail counterparts; etc

A free society is a society where people have the right to exercise unlimited freedom. In a free society, all individuals act voluntarily.
