True, but I feel like its different with human feces because the smell and sight are incredibly repellent to most. Not so much with fruit and cigars. People have been smoking for ever, in about every culture in existance. They've been eating stinky foods, but not shit. And there's a reason for that. I just dont see how you could get across the smell. It be teaming with bacteria, and blood, and mucus.

Delusion, or fetish. Some form of pica maybe. Our bodies are going to have a distaste for feces, because it's detrimental to our health, anyone who enjoys eating their own shit has something wrong with them.
