I think wots ~~most important is liking the work.~~ Seems it would be horrid to get paid better, but have to put in long hours and hate those hours.

I like it well enough. Wage is decent, co-workers are nice and it hasn't gotten monotonous yet.

Also, sometimes I find change on the floor, which is fun.

That sounds like a sweet gig. You are the sales assistant so you are not the one selling stuff, but you get to watch the person you are assisting get cussed out and insulted by people rude people he is pitching to.
