It's a kind of soup made of beef, onions, vegetables, spices and ground paprika. In America, it's also a stew which is sometimes baked into a casserole.

Schools usually serve nutritious lunches. It is the availability of sweets and fast food vendors at school coupled with parents willingness to let their children eat unhealthy that is the problem.
