Plans to bring it back have been canceled.
In cooperation with law enforcement agencies, the database is now resides with federal investigators. I've been notified that several of GHOUL's users are under investigation for the possession and solicitation of child pornography.
I highly recommend that anyone who has any doubt about their involvement in this to contact legal council immediately. I cannot say more at this time.

Even so, was there any truth to those rumors about people trading CP over there? It sounds like it might just be empty accusations, but at the same time the place had people like to4str and TG on it.

I wouldn't doubt it, because there was just as much pedo activity there as there was on AnT. Pretty funny IMO that Matt Miller's shtick site turned into the biggest pedo hangout since AnT.
