Looks like spam. Maybe they'd ask you to input things to 'search' and try to steal your identity with the info you provide. Or maybe they would charge an "admin fee" for the search.

You better find out OP! Start up a trustworthy browser like, say, IE6 and start clicking on all the links in that email. Report back to us when you find out.
