It was Hitler. Hitler become increasingly concerned that Jews, gays, Roma, and other undesirables were draining Germany's resources. Precious milk was being wasted. Hitler knew he had to act. Hitler, fully aware the Jews were the largest consumers of milk in Germany, acted quickly to exterminate as many non-lactose-intolerant Jews as possible. With the Jews out of the way, the milk supply was safe and Germany was saved.Most people think Hitler had these ideas of racial purity, but really it was just milk. Hitler loved his milk.
