I don't think MIUI is easy enough to tweak like I like. I use vanilla CM10 mostly now and am on and off with AOKP.

Never heard of it. I'm HTC-only as well so it'd probably work for me.
I don't feel like setting up a whole new rom though. I also tested the latest miui out about a week ago and my themes no longer seem to work so I don't want to have to hunt for a good set of those either.

Stallman should not be the free software figurehead. He's not getting good enough results.
There is not one school or university that uses free software exclusively, despite freedom to learn being the most compelling social argument for it. If a competent leader were running that shit, we'd have laws against proprietary software in public education by now.
That dude's made of fail.

The great Chinese conspiracy to destroy the western world by extracting critical military secrets and launch codes from your phone.

I was thinking it more likely they'd phish out your dox and sell it to a hopeless Chinese working who dreams of making a new life for themselves in America. But whatever.

There is nothing wrong with proprietary software, that is, making a profit from the sale of your software. The problem is when the publisher of the software doesn't release their source code to the public free of draconian, non-free licenses. There is nothing wrong with compiling your code and selling the compiled software and the official support for that software.

I don't really mind having proprietary, non-free software in the classroom, it's just that proprietary software isn't necessarily non-free software.
