No, I'm talking about the fact that the terrorists said they'd get revenge for Osama's death, which proves that he was killed. Any past funding and training has nothing to do with this.
America and the terrorists are enemies, so America couldn't manipulate them into saying that he was dead. If he wasn't dead, you can't be that said returnees would have called them out on it.
