Cheaper than a condo. Resale value might be shit, but I'm buying a coffin not a starter home.
I figure a trailer park will be good for me. I don't need a lot of space. I don't need to entertain guests. It would be cheaper than any alternative. I could pay it off in under 5 years easy.
Pros
Probably easy to find people who smoke weed.
Trailer park hotties might be interested in me, because I will let them smoke my weed had drink my alcohol. It would be cheaper than prostitutes and only slightly grosser.
I don't need to feel like I'm trashy or worthless compared to my neighbors.
Cons
It would be a sign to the world I gave up. I don't care so much about that though.
Location might suck.

This. Most places won't let you own land with a trailer on it. You have to rent the land and pay for the trailer. So you're still paying rent. Then when the real owner decides it's time to sell and/or put up a real neighborhood, you all get evicted and have to move. I've seen it happen. Society hates the poor and loves to wipe out trailer parks.
Just pay rent, and save up for a down payment on a condo or small house, then pay mortgage instead of rent. Or get into a trailer but only as a temporary thing, and while living in the trailer save up for a down payment on a condo or small house, then pay mortgage instead of living in a trailer park.

Also, people always say that renting is throwing away money, but I disagree. You are getting a place to live for your money. That is pretty important. And once you pay off a trailer, it will be worth nothing.

What do I have to be depressed about? Plenty of things, and I would say that none of those things should make me feel as awful as I do (off my meds). I was suicidal for close to a decade. I was kind of oblivious to my depression for most of it. I would say I'm not suicidal now. I think of it often, but my current meds get me to a numb place. I don't think I could commit suicide like this.

Obviously, if you have never had one you won't be able to conceptualize it and will probably say "suck it up" or some other ignorant ejaculation. How I can best describe is imagine your pants are on fire. Now, no one else can see they are on fire and you have to act like your pants aren't on fire.

I don't know the actual cause. The first time it happened, well second-- the actual first time I really needed to go to the bathroom. I was on a date. It was mortifying because I was positive I peed myself. Anyway, the second time it happened I went to the ER because I thought something really bad was happening
