Topic: I think marijuana should be legal but only in nonsmokable forms

My reasoning is
1) Non-smokable is okay since no second hand smoke
2) A stoned driver is a safer driver than a drunk driver, and probably also safer than a driver on a lot of doctor prescribed meds like painkillers
3) People can stop whining about it
