It depends, AIDS can be kept at bay for many years with anti retroviral therapy (look at Magic Johnson), but cancer is aggressive and hard to eliminate. On the other hand, if you get all the cancer out, you can be cured, but AIDS is incurable. Which kind of cancer are we talking about?

Is there a such thing as brain cancer? I thought it's a brain tumor. Krodan had one and he's okay. Made him homeless for a while but now he's fine.
