We could just make sex as a minor illegal. That'll solve all sorts of problems.
Kids shouldn't even be allowed to have sex, they can't even vote, what makes us think they're ready for kids or sex with pedophiles? Positive thinking? Nah, just make it a crime. Sentence them to community service and make them go to abstinence classes. Also 7:00 curfews just make sense.
