let's say that in the future artificial limbs may be better than our original limbs.
if you could choose to replace one limb (there's nothing wrong with the limb, it's fine, but inferior)
which limb would you replace, and how much better would it need to be in order for you to consider it an upgrade?
you this applies to organs.
yes, penis and vagina (as well as super tits) are on the list of possible upgrades as well

I would replace my left leg. Both of my knees are malformed, resulting in regular and painful dislocations from the ages of 4-17. Even after multiple surgeries, my left knee is much worse, with a painful screw, and almost no cartilage.

The only thing that I would neeed for the left leg to do, is support me and never have another dislocation.

Eyes. I want robot eyes that see a wider range of the EM spectrum. A zoom function would be nice. (As long as we're going all out, why not freeze, record, and replay functions as well as a heads-up video overlay and external video source accessibility too!)
