Expat New Zealand celebrity Charlotte Dawson is in hospital after a vicious Twitter attack from hundreds of trolls last night.
Australian news website news.com.au has reported Dawson, 46, was taken to St Vincent Hospital in Sydney in the early hours of the morning.
Police were reportedly called to her inner-city Sydney residence at 3.05am (local time).
