It isn't a real spoiler. Walter White starts calling himself Heisenberg in Season 1 when he meets Tuco Salamanca and doesn't want to give him his real name. The name Heisenberg sticks and that's what the Mexican cartel comes to know him as.
If I were you, I would torrent it now. The first half of season 5 just finished, and they don't even start filming the second half until the middle of next month. It isn't set to air until next July. The first half of this season didn't end on any sort of real cliffhanger.
