First off this is regarding the actions of a prophet. As a prophet Joseph Smith was a lying, cheating, adulterer. Can you say the same of Jesus? Also Joseph Smith lived only two hundred yaers ago. Can't really compare the actions of someone in the 13th vs someone in the 19th.
