Says she notices that when she looks at me sometimes if I don't notice she's looking my face looks "empty", and "devoid of emotion", but then I suddenly become animated when I notice her. Also her aunt died, and I asked her if she got any money. She said quite haughtily "I don't know, and I don't care."

She is probably just starting to notice that you are a complete sociopath. You might want to put up a better facade to keep her thinking that you are a normal human being.

the trick is to use fear and intimidation to manipulate her to get what you want. Otherwise your stone face just looks weird, and not threatening.
