that's just ridiculous. your overall meat budget should be double that alone. you don't even have your steaks broken down into sub categories! the fuck kinda texan are you! Where are the ribs, dammit?
worcestershire should be topping $100! what do you base your marinades on? blood alone?

That would take too much time and effort. > worcestershire should be topping $100! what do you base your marinades on? blood alone?

Sometimes when I'm really hungry, I mean really hungry, and I done run out of my Sweet Baby Ray's, I just squeeze my maxipad over the steak to give it flavor.

I’ve been on a multi-month test to see how my bloodwork is affected. I’m specifically tracking markers for cholesterol levels, thyroid performance. On the long term, I’m specifically looking to see if dietary habit addresses some of the health problems I’ve seen in recent ancestors.
In the past four months, I’ve been eating almost exclusively vegan, but when out with friends or family I might eat meat or dairy products just once a month. Beyond the diet, on practical concerns, I’ve eaten so few animal products that I notice my body does not effectively digest them.

Yeah, I don't think it's workable to be a "mostly" vegan--you just get sick when you do go off the diet, and it keeps the cravings alive (which otherwise seem to go away). You're taking a B-vitamin, right?
