I believe so. I think most 14-year-olds are fully capable of consenting to sex. What do you think? Are there any 14-year-olds here and if so do you believe you're capable of consenting?

I think there should be a tiered AoC.
14-15: you can have sex with anyone between the ages of 14 and 18.
16+: you can have sex with anyone over the age of 14. You can also marry anyone 16 or over.
18+: you can only marry or have sex with people over the age of 16. There would be a romeo and juliet clause, of course.
