It'd bother me more if they removed it and changed the flavor.
Kinda like liver. The bile adds flavor, like blood in beef. Or fat on anything.

Would you be grossed out to know that at some point you've eaten cancerous animal flesh? Yup, just becuase it's a tumor doesn't mean it won't make good burgers.

Basically when you eat anything from an animal you risk eating biological materials.

No there isn't a lot of pus in milk, it's just a bullshit smear campaign by some butthurt vegans. Pus has a different consistency and its presence would be obvious.
