Fun fact: Pennsylvania's Stephen Freind eventually did cite medical evidence. Turns out, the Nazis did some experiments about how women ovulate when they are under extreme stress, such as being sent to fake death chambers.

It's not even a good study to use anyway. 36% of the "participants" still ovulated. This means that, assuming that this percentage is consistent to all female rape victims (which is questionable at best), that about a third would still become pregnant after being raped.
His logic of "rape pregnancies don't exist" still doesn't hold up, even with his Nazi science.
