They actually don't. There's been several clinical studies about this and scientists have like seriously, actually, concluded that they don't. I think there's an article in National Geographic somewhere about this. -Pretty sure it was the April issue from this year.

A 2011 meta-analysis by the Cochrane Collaboration (excluding methodologically flawed studies) concluded that Asians do, in fact, experience emotions.
