Yes, but they rarely express it with tonal variation, as that would sound like total gibberish in their language.

They actually don't. There's been several clinical studies about this and scientists have like seriously, actually, concluded that they don't. I think there's an article in National Geographic somewhere about this. -Pretty sure it was the April issue from this year.

A 2011 meta-analysis by the Cochrane Collaboration (excluding methodologically flawed studies) concluded that Asians do, in fact, experience emotions.
