Lots! I love most cheeses.

Ugh, no, that stuff is gross. Rico's cheese stuff is better. It comes in a gallon container like coffee grounds are in. It's commercial grade stuff, for like movie theaters and gas stations, so it's not easy to find. They have it at sam's though.
