One unit of alcohol is defined as 10 millilitres in the United Kingdom.

Going by this, that's 700mL (of pure alcohol) over 24 hours... It's a lot, but it's not that bad over a whole day. You're still young and in moderately good health. I have a feeling that your liver has had experience dealing with this kind of situation before as well. I'd secure some more alcohol before going to sleep in case you need a little extra something to get the shakes off when you wake up.
