That really depends on one's self-image. If a person with body-dysmorphic disorder looked at themselves, they might see only flaws no matter how good they looked. On the other hand, someone with great self-confidence could look at themselves and see brilliance no matter how they looked. So, I suppose, you'll know when you know, you know?
