I always imagined the country to be terribly boring to live in. I love outdoors stuff, but not to live in. What do you do for fun? I am willing to listen. I could certainly be wrong.

The countryside is cheaper and healthier to live in. It provides a way to live close to a downtown area without resorting to living in a fucking miserably boring and OCD incorporated suburb.

That is a fair argument. I Agree about eh suburbs sucking. What about living in the middle of a large city, as I do? Would you ever do that?

Temporarily, maybe. Depends on the demographics and climate of the city.

Ah, I see. Ok so, what about this. Kunming, China, has about 7 million people. Would you ever live in a city that large, in a small apartment?

Matt doesn't want to live out in the country because there are less people to steal from.

No. I think the closest city I'd live in to china would be Taipei.

I see. Why is that? Tapei is an enormous, crowded city with millions and millions of people.

Oh, it is. Almost all cities in mainland China and her territories are almost 100% free of any violent crime.

That's because of the lack of dark minorities.
