So I got a new roommate from Ireland and he's all on about how America sucks with it's nigger president and Europe is awesome despite it's offensive tax rates and long history of fail. America has the most liberal gun laws (pretty much) anywhere, also the 1st Amendment is rather unique (places that don't have legislation protecting free speech like Canada and the United Kingdom, you can get arrested and years in jail for insulting religion, race or sexism (see: inciting hatred)). Also low income taxes, sales tax and especially fuel taxes compared to most of Europe. I don't think there is medical marijuana anywhere in Europe (and even in Holland the future for weed is not looking good).
That's pretty much all I can think, you'll get free health care in most of Europe and good benefits if you're disabled/unemployed or just to subsidize your own income. Probably better in Europe if you're poor, plus if you live in the EU you can live and work in any other EU country, and there are some nice countries for example Spain where you can have legal weed plants for personal use.
