Everyone knows to make more Eve's a rib must be given up by Adams. Burger King is just making such a sacrifice.

If you buy some store-bought ribs, you can throw them in the oven. Granted, it's not the same as barbecuing them, but it's better than nothing.

Find a back yard. Dig a small hole. Add some rocks. Add some wood and make fire. Find a stick and shove on some chicken meat or Rabbit or Squirrel. Hold over fire until charred.

Are these kind of grills good for ribs?

Never used one of those for ribs but I doubt it. Ribs are arched so they won't lay flat on the grill like chicken or a burger will. You could try it, I guess, if you already own one of those, but I wouldn't buy one for the purpose of grilling ribs.

George Foreman grill.

Thrift shops complain about the overload of this item. People buy them and use just once or never at all. Probably for sale at under $7.00.

Probably not good for ribs UNLESS you first boil them to make them tender. Foreman grill is for burgers and steaks or hot dogs etc.

I'm in an apartment. :\
@328,502 (valosaurus)
lol I could do that since I've seen somebody else use one despite charcoal grills not being allowed in the complex.
@328,501 (B)
I just remembered that we have one around here.

You can even go to a park. I've never been to a park that didn't have those little crappy grills everywheres.

Parks beaches & ravines...Gullies or back side of a hill. 50,000 years people have been cooking outside. Indoors for just a few hundred years.
