Borg would try to assimilate the Daleks for their technology. Daleks would attempt to exterminate inferior life forms. Borg would win ship battles with superior adaptive and regenerative tech. Daleks would win boarding actions and planetside battles with their destroy everything plunger beams while the borg couldn't even stick their nanoprobes in. Stalemate. They all go out for drinks.

The situation would be that the Borg would acclimate to Dalek weaponry (in the same fashion that when the Borg boarded the Enterprise they were able to adjust themselves to absorb phaser fire) and eventually they would use this immunity to commandeer Dalek vessels and assimilate whatever the Daleks have via database terminals.
