Use of the word "proven" in this title is inappropriate. The studies show correlation between semen consumption and higher quality of life. While this is interesting and useful data for designing future experiments, by itself, it is insufficient to infer causality.
It's entirely possible something else is going on beneath the surface. Perhaps women who swallow are more well loved. Perhaps they'll fare better in life because of a reduced risk of unwanted pregnancy. Alternate explanations for the observed phenomena are highly plausible.
The author should eat semen until she understands this.
