Since we're on the topic of it, has anyone ever had an issue with posting when a thread becomes too large? All of my replies never get transmitted once a thread hits a cap of about 100+ posts or so for me.

Well, ideally you'd want it to just say "joined in" or maybe just even "joined" then the time. Having something that says "replied" wouldn't even really be all that necessary, I think. The only other things that ever looks sort of borked are 1) when someone posts with a really long name and trip, and 2) whenever someone makes a really long post like "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" and it craps on the page load's width.
