i want to be a journalist/writer/director/whatever and if i have to start off writing product reviews for the local paper, so be it. i can think of few things as soul-sucking as a bad job you're economically forced to have.

The high-paying job, I would make the sacrifice for my family. Plus, it's not forever. Eventually I will have enough to retire on or move on to a different job.
