No way to know. All my boxes get spammed, even my bill-pay accounts. My junk e-mail has thousands, my gamer account has thousands, my alias account too.
My work email is probably the only one even close to empty, and it has hundreds.
I wonder how much unread spam mail is clogging the internet. I just cleaned all my in boxes and now my internet is flying! i had no idea unread spam mail caused high latency.
